1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of parkingcost.org and ParkingCost (the "Site"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Informational estimates only

The Site provides general parking information and calculated estimates for trip planning. Results are not quotes, reservations, guarantees, financial advice, or official statements from an attraction, parking operator, or government agency.

Rates, taxes, event pricing, hours, availability, payment methods, access rules, height limits, vehicle restrictions, walking routes, shuttle service, and safety conditions can change without notice. Calculation results may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. You are responsible for checking current information directly with the applicable operator before travel, entry, or payment.

3. No affiliation or reservation service

Unless expressly stated, we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for any attraction, venue, parking facility, map provider, or government authority shown on the Site. The Site does not currently sell parking, process payments, reserve spaces, or guarantee admission or parking availability.

4. Permitted use

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Site for personal or internal informational purposes. Your use must comply with these Terms and applicable law.

5. Intellectual property

The Site's original design, text, software, selection, and arrangement are owned by us or used under license and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Attraction names, logos, and third-party content remain the property of their respective owners. No right is granted except the limited permission stated in these Terms.

6. Third-party content and services

The Site may display or link to third-party websites, data, maps, images, advertisements, products, or services. We do not control or endorse them and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, security, policies, or transactions. Your dealings with third parties are between you and the applicable third party.

7. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Site is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all express or implied warranties, including warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we and our service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, use, goodwill, travel costs, parking charges, fines, towing, vehicle damage, missed reservations, personal injury, or other losses arising from or related to the Site. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will not exceed USD $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions or limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

9. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the date above. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the Site, users, or third parties.

10. General terms

If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of operating or transferring the Site. These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the entire agreement regarding your use of the Site.
